Technical lesson: scratches, cuts and cut lips...

Products used:
fake blood
stiple sponge
red supra colour

Scratches:
Step 1: Using a course sponge with lots of holes, dip it into the fake blood and be sure to get the excess off on the back of your hand, then in short swiping/flicking motions put the sponge across the skin in the desired area to create scratches.

Cuts:
Step 1: Using the gel draw a line across the skin in the desired area to create a clear bump on the skin.
Step 2: From here you can add blood and redness around and beneath the line to make it look like bleeding from beneath a side of skin.

Cut lip:
Step 1: Using the collodien apply it to the area around the lip and pinch the skin together.
Step 2: using a hair dryer on the cool setting use this to dry the collodien be sure to apply the air at arms length away and in circular motions
Step 3: Once dry you can colour accordingly.

When applying my colldien didn't dry correctly and it began to peel at the edges and so i decided to use this to my advantage and make it look like a scab. Next time i need to pinch slightly more and ensure it is properly dry before i finish.
